I once had a 460 with loader that got a lot of winter use. Hydraulics sometimes needed to warm up for a half hour or more before the water (condensation) would thaw. I solved it without changing oil by placing an electric magnet heater on the outside of the hydraulic filter cover. I would plug it in an hour or so before starting and hydraulics would work. I've heard of some guys, especially those whose tractors were inside heated barns and then taken into the cold, would keep an extra hydraulic filter in the house where it would dry out, then just switch filters every couple days. New fluid is the best, though.
