Char-Lynn power steering filter

Does anyone know the part number for the filter on my p.s. system? It is mounted on a Super H and it is mounted so that the resevoir pops up through the hood(there's no way I can see to plumb the resevoir and mount it somewher else) Some numbers I've found on the pump are as follows: E5, 11575-1 LC, 1284-20, 17, and 814 and 815(were on mounting brackets). On the torque multiplier, some numbers were 5663-3L and June 73. Thanks for the help.
