The 1066 has proven to be a very reliable tractor. The 1086 has become to know to be a lemon of a tractor. The reason for this is because the 1086 has more horsepower than the 1066, but has the same drivetrain as the 1066. This has caused rearend troubles for the 1086. For the price, I would go for the 1066 with a factory cab, or Hiniker cab. If snowblowing is all your doing, you don't need the fancy cab of the 86 series. All you need is a cab with a heater.
