Maybe you would be better off just buying a 2-14" plow. They are "out there" and once in a while you can find a good one...I see them now and then at farm auctions and have bought a couple nice ones...and there is always someone who wants one so much I end up selling it.
Your 3-14" is a plow people are always looking for. You can easily sell it...or the best thing is to own both plows.
Radically altering a good plow is something you might regret for a long time.
