Well I guess I haven't. If you make sure your threads are good and you have good head bolts then you shouldn't have to worry about it. As I said I went by what the IH parts man looked up in THEIR book and it said 70lbs. That's where it's at and I don't have any problems. It is bored out, head shaved, and bigger carb. It has a lot more compression and runs like a champ. I am curious to know where the 45 lbs. came from or if my IH man is full of it or not. Bill {Antique Acres}
