The fordson house lists fuel line ends on its website, part number 29899d, i think. I found on this very forum that case ih still sells that part under a new number, 222-503. Two of them were $7 and change.
They are kind of funky, the ferrel is connected to the nut and when you tighten it the ferrel breaks off when it is clamped onto the line properly.
