You have an obstruction in the fuel line.Could be crap(rust) in the tank plugging the sediment bowl inlet.Plugged gas filter(if it has one),the screen in the carb plygged.Start at the top.Check each 'joint'.mace sure you have good flow at each point.Work from top to bottom....Let gas run from each place for a bit.Espcially the carb drain,a minute or two.Or the fuel tank vent could be plugged.Gas wont flow from a vacume. Good Luck!Post back the solution/problem found....
