If one or both two holes forward of the seasonal disconnect or T shaped place leak its coming from the T/A clutch compartment. Seal or seals leaking if oil is getting in there. Normal for oil to be trapped above the plate even after all drain plugs are removed. Three seals can leak into the T/A clutch compartment. Forward wall of T/A clutch compartment has a IPTO drive gear shaft seal. Rear wall has a T/A carrier seal and a seal in the T/A carrier to input shaft or sun gear shaft. In t/a the input shaft turns in the carrier and in direct drive the shaft and carrier turns as one unit. So I guess it could leak more in t/a range if its the input shaft seal. All but the PTO drive shaft seal requires removal of the center housing and t/a unit. Other requires split at engine rear.
