Soundsw like the original bolt was replaced with a carriage bolt. Those can be trouble but now that the bolt is broke you can remove the spring. Some have screwed the lug out with the broken bolt then it would be an easy fix. You can drill a hole for the easyout then heat and cool and then try the easy out. You will need to make more threads on a new bolt to have enough threads so you can adjust the tension properly adjusted the cult will lift easy. I liked mine until i sold it now i use the Cub I do have the lift levers for that cult.
