You might have a regular if it is that early. You should be able to tell if it is regular by looking to see whether the steering mechanisms are open and the gears are visible, which would mean it is a regular. Like someone else said, IHC always reused parts so you never know what you might find. Since it is such an early F20 you might have a duckbill which is a little more rare. The steering mechanism would clearly look like a ducks bill.
