1953 Super C - Only runs with full throttle (lever all up)

So, now that I have the tractor "running" I'm going to start tweaking it and getting it to run right and be reliable. Since I really don't have history on this tractor, there are certainly some things I have ??? on.

The prior owner has a C-clamp holding the throttle lever all the way up and if I move it down a notch or two, it stalls out. Carb?

I'm going to pull the carb and rebuild it this weekend and will take a closer look at seeing how good or bad the carb is.

What are the initial settings on the Zenith Carb?

2 1/2 turns out from full seat on the main jet?

1 1/2 turns out from full seat on idle needle?

Float = 1 3/8 or 1 5/8?

Was there another adj screw I saw some place?
