Having removed a 2000 from a F-460 and installing it on a F-350 I know for sure that only the front brackets need to be different. The rear mountings are a direct fit; from what I could tell the axle is the same between the two tractors. Also, after installation there is only six inches between the 350's nose and the loader crossmember so even though the frame could be shortened a bit it would not be worth the effort involved.
