Delta, Have her move the gear shift lever all the way to the right and try and push it forward (there is no gear there) and hold it firmly forward a coupe of seconds and I believe you will find that position acts like a transmission brake when changing gears stopping the gears for a clash free shift. I have found that works very well on my SC and 140 when shifting between gears. Hope this helps as someone mentioned it on this forum a long time ago and I found it really does helps a lot, Hal.
