Which tractor? An A B or C will have an air cleaner intake, an oil breather cap, and an exhaust pipe. (it may also have a fuel cap or starting tank cap as well.) Of these the oil fill cap will (and should) smoke a little. That is OK, as it is designed to do it. The air cleaner should not smoke and that has the oil bath. An H or M or bigger tractor has only a air intake to the engine through a oil bath those also do not smoke unless something is way worn or broken. Jim
