Putting together my O14 engine (same as f12) every thing goes together fine but after the last cupala pistons go in the engine is very hard to turn over .By a series of combinations I have determined the oil control rings are causing the drag, if I leave the oil rings off the pistons the engine rolls over just fine .I"am at wits end Any thoughts?
