Thanks everybody for your help. I finally got this plow to sock in the ground so deep that some time it would stop the tractor and Just spin!..lol..wanted to let everyone know that after figuring out the right position of the drawbar and that had to pivot then i ran into the problem of not having a depth gauge handle to stop the drawbar from going down so far that it would dig in the ground and stop the tractor. So i used a piece of chain from the center from the tractor.I took a bolt out of the center half of the tractor and and stuck the bolt through the chain link and then ran the chain down to the drawbar to give it enough length that it would allow the plow to go deep enough in the ground but would also stop the drawbar from digging in and stopping the tractor. Once i got the right chain length i plowed the lower 40 with out any problems . Thanks to all again.
