( Yes they would what seamed grudgingly sell me small quantities) YET I FOUND a speciaty store called Lauries fasteners In LONDON ONT. who would GLADLY sell me any quantity I needed. PARTICULARILY WHEN I WANTED either grade 5 or even stainles since I wanted to use stainless since the strength and durability was what I wanted. SO !!
