Yes, the drawbar mounts to the holes at the FRONT of the final drives.
The second chain is a side stabilizer. Some plows do not have these, but apparently yours does.
Depth control is a lever that mounts to the right final drive via a bracket. A short "dogbone" linkage connects the lever to the turned-around drawbar. This allows you to move the drawbar up and down several inches, changing the angle that the plow goes into the ground.
