They are correct. You remove the drawbar, turn it around, and mount it to to the front set of holes in the final drives.
There are pins or bolts that you also need to remove to allow the drawbar to pivot up and down.
There is also a depth control lever that mounts to the right final drive and connects to the flipped-around drawbar. It has a handle with a latch that you can operate from the driver's seat.
The plow should be mostly underneath the tractor, with the chain almost vertical. If it hangs way out the back, you've done something incorrectly.
