Put some weight on the front. Doing unexpected wheelies is a bit unnerving. If it is not over speeding, but just opening up the throttle all is well. But if it is increasing RPM it is not correct. A sticky throttle plate, linkage or governor internals can cause the problem. Ask yourself if it increases in RPM or just gets louder as it pulls down to maximum governed speed. It should only get slower in RPM from wide open, or from any throttle position, never increase. Jim
