What i have found that works well in them is 3116 Auto lites and also C 86 A C's and as for your RICH running i'll just bet you have the cheapest gas you can find in it . Change you gas to 93 Octane as that is the lowest that you run in a 706 gasser , also put a timing light on it and check the timing as on a C263 ya want 23 Degrees BTDC at full throttle . Also if you do not know this the only oil you run in that engine is the LOW ASH .
