I think you're right about it being too cold for red tractors. The number of things that can and do go wrong when the temp. is -27 for weeks on end is endless. You can check all you want but it seems to me the best way to get them going is with extra heat. My only complaint about the diesels is they didn't allow for block heaters. My 2 cents.
