Thank you, each and every one of you, for all the legwork and number-crunching that you all have done--I really am blessed to have people on this website who are so generous with their time and expertise. And I agree, this is gonna be tricky. But the guy I'm buying it from is equiped with the best tools, I will have a friend with me who made the U.S. Olympic team in the decathalon--a few years back! Even at that, I haven't ruled out paying someone else, I'm just trying to thoroughly research all my options so I know what gives me my best chance of getting it done, right, with minimum of headache and hazard.
