I got back from Alabama on Sunday (following tornado, wind, thunderstorms, and snow)with my wife's Grandfather's A. It is in much better shape than I ever imagined it could be after sitting for 18-20 years in a barn. The engine is not locked up (thank goodness), the sheet metal is good except for 1 fender. The rear tires are about 80% and the front ones need to be replaced. From family information I know that the PTO is apparently stripped and needs o be replaced (how much?). I do need some information on the hitch. It doesn't seem to have one. Could you wise folks out there give me some insight on the hitch situation with the farmall A. I have a Ford 9N so I am used to dealing with a regular old 3 point hitch. Thanks in advance and happy holidays!! Faber6071
