The Lambert brakes were offered by IH and are in the H and M parts book. There are adaptor shafts that fit over the pinion shafts and they are part of the kit. If you click below, you will see original Lambert installation instructions. Looks like I scanned the four pages in the wrong format. The file is 1322 kilobites. If you got the time, I got the pictures.
