Just put rebuilt carb on tractor. Starts nice and slowly gains rpms and will not idle down. I have had carb off and back on 5 times. one time it ran wild when started, other four times it starts at idle and gains rpm and will not idle down. I pulled carb down off of studs and throttle lever opens and closes butterfly. Can I check tab alignment by taking off top governor plate? Is It maybe not the tab? I bought this tractor non running so i cannot say what it ran like before.TIA
