Is that a picture of the actual tractor? That one is all set. A two point would mean that you did not have the swivel "eyes" on the ends of the arms. The arms would just be hollow. I don't know how tough the piece you are talking about is, but that looks just right for the top link.
Two point attachments have two arms that stick out that have a pointed hook of sorts on them. The implement slides inside the tractor arms rigidly thus eliminating the need for the top link. They would not have the pins necessary to hitch up to the arms that are on that tractor.
