I didn't replace my 300 TA but I replaced parts of it with the help of D Slater and others on this forum. I actually had to have it out twice. It was not the most fun I ever had but I would do it again if I had to because I do like the TA. I don't have splitting stands so I blocked the rear wheels, made a support for the engine out of a 6x8 and two spare H frame rails. I put a jack under the front of the transmission and used an old copier cart to put the TA section on, that way I could roll it away from the transmission to work on it. I would not have wanted to do it without a concrete floor, though. Zach
