Why not use a 5 or 7 gang reel mower. You can use third gear going down hill and second up hill. With a 10 foot cut, the job will be done in a half hour. Golf courses now consider them obsolete and will sell a good Jacobson for $200-300. Of course you could set the tractor up with both and use the deck for trimming around trees. The only problem with a gang reel is they cannot be backed up or stored inside.
