if the rims measure 9in on the outside you have a 8 in rim the bead of the tire sets inside therefore 8in outside is 7 the 9.5 is awfull big will cut power is it for show ect or are you going to pull it the 9.5 tire set in as far as the rim goes will not clear the fenders and the brake on the drivers side fenders can be moved inside of the housings check rim size been there done that have 6 B WITH ALL DIFF SIZE RIMS TIRES glad to help
