Just got 39 a from my long lost cousin hasn"t ran in yrs. wanted to keep it in the family, needs rewired before I start. Found 6 volt in hooked with neg. gr. The starter, generator, and voltage cut out are all in tac. the question is the mag is there with a coil on top . they where using the coil for spark and the points & condenser in the mag to put it to the plugs. can I do that same with pos. gr. I got the wiring schem. for 6 volt coil dist.
