Couple things that I see that could cause the problem.I think its building internal pressure.Return unused port to the main return line.Or take that hose down to the belly pump drain.If it's a oneway valve,simply plug the unused port.Do you have the cylinder hooked to an implement,or simply laying on the floor.Is the 'backside' of the cylinder vented or plugged.It needs to breath.Call me so we can discuss this further.
