Wish I could help you. Maybe try a compression test through the spark plug holes with the starting valves both open and closed. Would give you an idea of the condition of each cylinder and also to make sure your starting valves are closing 100%. On my SMD, I get a compression reading in the mid 120's on all 4 cylinders and then zero with the valves closed. Also, when you open the bleeders, are you opening them the same amount, and what RPM range are your doing it at?
