OOPs, I just went out to the barn - I didn't describe my pusher correctly. I have two bolts go through the coupler bolt holes, and hold a 3/8" piece of steel across over the big center bolt. I then unscrewed that center bolt, and this contraption pushed the coupler off. S-L-O-W-L=Y.
