Agreed with no 3pt hitch. Heck no steps are even needed as the U-shape drawbar works quite well for a step if you are content to mount from the rear again assuming no 3 pt.
Not so easy though when a 3 point hitch kit has been added , you move the wheels in to a desired narrower width, plus have fenders installed too. What I am able to navigate now in my mid-40's will likely diminish as I age - and my wife already struggles now due to being shorter.
