Thank you sir, I have a starter that someone welded a broken ear. When I looked at the brushes the were burned up worse then any I had ever seen. We turned the commutator(if that's the right name) and put in new brushes. It turns but it has no power. Put in new battery and cables. A new starter switch and nothing helps. Got to be the starter. Cleaned the mating surface and all connections. Still turns slow or not at all.
