This is what we have at the Dealership where I work part time. I was up there today and looked briefly at part book that I special ordered 3 yrs. ago.I didn't have much time to check engine size. It is a diesel and may be D155 Diesel ? Can do more checking when I have more time. I do know it has a 4" x 8" cylinder on the HARLO MAST. If you go to fastline.com and search for IH 4500A Forklift you should bring up a picture.
