I have the exact problem with my 130..I have replace wires, plugs, points and checked timing. Also rebuilt carb. Didn't help. Red has a good idea..I forgot about the old trick with the leaky manifold. I was told to shoot a little starter fluid around there...very little and be very careful..but if you hit a leak..the RPMS will increase. Good Luck !
