I picked up a 4100 this summer,I'm having trouble getting it into reverse.The lever moves freely,but most times just grinds when in reverse position.It will go into reverse the odd time,but it usually takes some time.It shifts into the other ranges fine.The PO has passed on,so I can't ask him about it either.I have an IH service manual,but it doesn't have any info on adjustments or anything on linkages.Thanx in advance.
