Hi, quick fix is to bleed the right brake. Procedure is in owners manual also in archives for 454,574,674,684,484 and many other models have same brakes. The procedure can also be found in the archives. Check for leaking right brake cylinder under battery box and brake line leak that runs from brake cyl under cover over top of trans to under seat where it goes into top of diff by right rear axle. Probable cause as the other poster said leaking wheel cylinder O-rings.
Reason there are no brakes when both are pressed is there is an equalizer circuit between left and right brake all pressure will go to bad brake.
