Checking the numbers on my 300, regarding head issue as posted previously. Engine casting number 362743R2 C169, head casting 361479R1. Do these belong together. I wonder as in the past someone cut the rockershaft oiler tube off and stuck a copper tube from a fitting on the oil filter into the cut end, just shoved it under the valve cover. Found a head on line that has a second hole on the spark plug side between #2 and 3 spark plug, wondering why mine doesn't have it. Thanks in advance. Thanks to D Slater for his information.
