Wico did make a distributor that looked just like the X series magnetos! It was an X series case with durned little in it when compared to a magneto. No magnet, no field poles, no impulse coupling, just a coil & a set of points with a power wire feed through the case to the battery side of the coil. Looks EXACTLY like an X series magneto with an external kill switch lead on it! Don't remember for sure but model XB sticks in mind. Later.
