I have recently purchased a 460D. Nice tractor but has a few issues. Main issue is that the PTO is always turning, regardless if the PTO lever is ahead or back. Is there a brake to adjust this to be held still when it is shut off?? When the lever is in the off position, I have tried to grab the PTO shaft to stop it, but that wasn't gonna happen. it acts like its getting constant power at all times. Any ideas what I should check??
Also, the fast hitch doesn't move, but will settle when it sits for a few days, then raises right up once the tractor is started. Any ideas on that??
Otherwise, a real nice tractor, its gonna be quite handy for what I need it to do.
