I always get it ready to go and spray silicone spray around the bead. Enough that it runs down over the lip on the tire. I tie a rope around the middle of the tire and twist it good and tight. When it airs up it will force the bead out better because the center of the tread is held down with the rope. With silicone I have never had it "pop" onto the bead real fast either. It goes easier. That pop they sometimes do nearly makes me mess my shorts.
