Don't waste your money, they all do exactly that when you leave the gas on.
I usuallly idle mine down, let it cool down for a few minutes, turn the gas off, count to 8 and turn off the key.
1. This leave enough fuel in the carb for the next quick start.
2. But not enough to flood any internals.
No problems in three years, each one has it's own personality on starting procedures, the above has worked for me on this one.
My first F300 wouldn't start unless you removed the air intake hose & covered the intake with your hand while cranking, after it started it would be fine all day, once it cooled completely off, you were back to removing the air cleaner hose again.
