Its not always the dealer but the parts man . I have 2 IH dealers within 25 miles but go to a NH dealer . The parts man there will do all he can to get my parts for my farmalls and MH and case . If it aint in the computer he has a big stack of books he aint afraid of . The man workin besde him cant get you a quart of oil and get it right, Its got a lot to do with if they want to help you
