The repair of he power steering unit is covered in my manual for my 400. It recommended that when you take it apart, to be sure it get the same shims back in it and to mark the gears so that they go back in properly indexed to each other. Like the timing gears in an engine. The shims are rather delicate looking and so I think the proper torque of the bolts might be of critical importance also. Good luck SDE
