That is a lot of tractor for that price. If the owner would consent to letting you pull the hydraulic filter, put in a new one for him and cut the old one up to look for any metal shavings that would make me feel better about it . TA's normally don't drop much metal when they are bad so if you find any it is most likely from previous failure in power train or one is going on right now.
