Hi Steven, I have never had the opportunity to replace seals on the 3pt cylinder. We had a 434 with the leak down problem but it was our loader tractor and we didn't use the 3pt that much. I don't know if you have to remove the hydraulic housing or if it can be removed by removing the front off the hydraulic housing. Consult an IH repair manual.
