I suspect you either need to go to a lighter weight oil, or maybe, check your filter out. If it's clogged, in cold weather, oil will move even slower. And another thought...maybe due to excessive wear, some of the parts contract a lot with the cold, and bypass a lot of fluid until things warm up and change dimensionally. Just some thoughts.gn
